  Rotating two objects

  I have two half-circles that I have positioned as a circle. I’m trying to have the circle as a whole rotate around over time. There is an effect for this, but instead of rotating the two layers as a whole it rotates them individually. My question would be how I can make them rotate together or change the center rotation point?

  Add a null and place it in the center of both half circles. Parent the circles to the null and then rotate the null.
