  3D shapes rotation axis

  Hi, I’m kind of new to After Effects so sorry if this is an obvious thing. I was wondering if there is a way to place the X,Y,Z axis in the dead centre of a 3D shape. I’ve tried changing the axis mode but none of them centre all of the axis and instead just place them in the middle of the surface edge. Any ideas?

  You need to adjust the anchor point which can be done mathematically, of by pressing “Y”, grabbing the anchor point and moving it. Not at AE right now, but I believe if you hold down “cntl” it will snap into position.
