  hard to explain and (for me to do)

  Hi basicly i have to shots of some prosetic skin that i need to animate an effect on to. in the first (the easy one) is a static shot of the skin. i have added fractal noise etc to the skin and it looks good (soft light etc)
  the next one is the difficult one as the after pics up the skin so i need to have the same effect on the skin but obviously need to mask it out etc etc. any way i cant get the mask to move with the effect
  any ideas?
