  Title safe areas in AE v10.0

  Hi

  I am generally always confused over which ‘line’ I need to work to for title safe areas when creating broadcast graphics (working and delivering at 1920×1080)
  In after effects the default is action safe at 10% and title safe at 20%. Are these the correct values? Also there is then the centre cut safe zones for non-widescreen displays. Which should I work to as a industry standard for broadcast delivery? (obviously if there is a channel tech spec that specifies the I’d follow that, but just wondering whether the default is to allow for 4:3 safe or not?)
