DPX frame numbers can be translated to timecode. This is easy math with the appropriate frame rate.
Calculators online can help do this, (i.e.: https://www.michaelcinquin.com/tools/timecode_keykode

    frame 84600 (at 23.976fps or 24) should be 1:00:00:00.
It is in Premiere Pro, it is in SpeedGrade, and in using the calculator above.

    In AE, it is 00:59:59:23

You try it, make a comp’s starting frame 84600 and see what it is timecode wise at 23.976

I have tried for the life of me to find some setting or preference that is causing this to no avail.

    Thank you.
