  transparent planes in camera projection question

  Hi, I’m following 3d camera projection tutorials (https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/3 … jection_2/
  and https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/3 … rojection/)
  now I’d like to know how can I achieve transparent surface? for example, those planes which receive the projected image are showing their white solid colour as well, is it possible to turn them into transparent, so the end result will only show the projected image on these planes without showing their own colours.

  any help? basically I just want a surface who only receives projected image (cast by light) and keep itself transparent, I’ve tried some tricks like change the layer mode to silhouette luma, but that only works for black and white shadows, while in this case I need a full coloured image, if I made this clear.

  Try to set Cash Shadows or Accept Shadows to ONLY.
