  Trouble with VFR on Varicam 3700

  I am trying to use the VFR but when I play it back (camera or Premiere)it still at a normal rate. Here are my settings; Film-rec, 1080-59.94i, AVC-I 100 30PN, VFR ON, frame rate between 1 and 30. Am I missing something?
