using 60 frames footage on a final cut 24p time line
We have 24p and 60 frame footage from a vericam and we need to use the 60 frame footage for slow mo’s.
We installed the Frame conversion patch for Final Cut. but it seems not to be working any help? -

Create a new project with the same settings and import only the footage you need to convert –
do not use bins and leave it in the bowser window.
Now it should convert fine.
then drag the converted files back into the other project and it should be fine.gary adcock

Any reason for fact that it only works once, if you place in the preview window. On the second file for conversion the menu just does not appear when you click on it.

It should only allow you to do the conversion on the file while in the browser- it should not work on any file any where else.
Many people use subcliping or bins for their captures and that can confuse conversion using the software FRC.
Hence the reason that it is suggested to create a new project and move just the files to be converted there – then move the converted versions back to the original project.gary adcock
