  DVX100A—Settings Best For FCP 7?

  Hello friends,

  I was recently handed at Panasonic DVX100A at work and told to immediately go out and shoot, edit a piece for a client.

  Know it’s a generic question, but wondering if anyone can recommend the best settings to both SHOOT and CAPTURE (in FCP 7) in, as the settings I quickly picked seem to like really bad (I’m sure I screwed up the workflow somewhere). The boss wants it to look as close to HD as possible.

  Any other threads/reads to help me get this just perfect? (I always struggle with FCP Capture settings, especially when importing from tape).

  That’s kinda like saying ‘just make it great’. What’s great? 24p? 60i?
