  • Camera Settings – Are you able to view in VTR ?

I shot a fast motion sunset in 24PA. I believe i used a SLOW shutter speed (6P). Unfortunately i did not write it down. Is there a way to determine what setting i actually used ?

I was told in Camera Settins under Display settings when switched to on would show the settings in the bottom right hand corner and they would show up when in playback mode.

Unfortunately i cannot seem to make it work. Does or can anyone help me figure it out.

    Noah ?

Are you seeing ANY on-screen settings in the playback mode?

I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think shutter settings are recording to tape.

Unfortunately the only data that is recorded in DV without your knowing it is time and date. This you can display or switch off during playback. There is no recorded data on the mode you shot in. Time to change to P2!!!

If you guys would use the tapes with the memory, you would have all of that info on your tapes, ready for display. That’s the price you pay for buying the cheap stuff and not using tape decks.
