  has anyone used “pipeline” for network rendering

  Welcome to your week ladies and gentlemen!

  A little question (perhaps two) on network rendering.

  I have a dedicated gig-e switch that i want to use for network rendering. I would use a dedicated file collection SSD on my main mac pro and then have 2 other nodes to my network render (a couple of fast quad cores)
  Using this configuration i was looking at https://www.braverabbit.de/pipeline/?page_id=52 to help me.

  My questions,

  Would I see an increase in render time using this configuration (either with or without pipeline)?
  Has anyone used Pipeline to render and what success have you had?
