  Need a broken hpx to steal the lens from. (Having a PSD-NG problem)

  Hi all,

  I’m in a bit of a bind here. My Panasonic HPX170 recently started showing an error that read:

  “ERROR: PSD-NG”

  I sent it to two different technicians and the both verdicts were that I need a new lens. This is extremely unfortunate because I can’t afford a whole new lens (runs like $2000 or more) and I can’t afford to buy a whole new camera. Can anybody tell me where I can get a cheaper lens, or any solution to this problem?

  I begged Panasonic to honor the manufacturer warranty but they won’t because it’s a few months past its deadline.

  I really need to get this camera up and running again, I’m begging anyone to help.
