  • P2 Drivers seem to be installed, but PC won’t see Camera

I found the P2 drivers and I think they installed, but when I connect my HVX200 to my PC, it doesn’t see the camera. I even updated the firmware before doing anything else.

Also, P2 shows up under installed software in the control panel.

I know my USB connection is good, since I’m using one that I normally have an external HDD connected to. Now what?

I do have a “P2” in my system tray, but it’s the P2 card manager.

    Any ideas?

You need to put your camera in USB mode. I don’t have that model but I think it is by first selecting the P2 cards (view mode) then press and hold the same button.

Got it, I called the guy I bought the camera off of.

    Thanks!
