  P2-Card driver problem with Lenovo W500

  Hi there,

  I usually don’t work with the P2-Card, hence I’m not overly experienced with it. However I received a few from a production to import into Avid using a Lenovo W500 and its PCMCIA slot.
  The problem is that the Panasonic P2 drivers wouldn’t work with the notebook, so the card wouldn’t be at all recognised by the machine. I downloaded the 64-bit (Vista) version and during the installation process I am asked to insert a card in the card slot, so the setup-application is able to recognise it. Well this wouldn’t work. Does anyone have a solution for me or did anyone experience the same problem I do?
