  Attachment for tripod

  I am borrowing an HVX and it does not seem to have the piece to connect to a tripod. The picture below shows how the bottom of it appears.

  Damn, it looks just like mine….. Get a tripod and the camera quick release plate….

  Is it a universal quick release plate, or one specifically designed for the HVX?

  This is a standard tripod thread so any standard tripod or its release plate will screw into it.

  Tripod plate comes with the tripod not the camera.

  Make sure you get a good tripod and not a cheap consumer one.
