  P2 Store – Intel Mac won’t see the drive

  Been trying to get my Intel Mac (running OSX Tiger) to see my P2 Store, been reading all the threads, and I’m still stuck. Seems like some folks have had success with this… can you impart a more-than-obvious walkthrough as to the steps you took to make it work? 🙂

  
  My issues/progress:
  I’ve installed P2StoreDriver V1.1.0 and P2PCCard Install V1.3.0. (the latest updates as far as I can tell)

  When I plug the P2 Store in, OSX notifies me that “The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer.” Disk Utility can see the drive, with all its partitions, and although the “Mount” icon is clickable when I select a partition, clicking it does nothing.

  I am using 16GB cards – I wonder if I have to update the Firmware via a PC? Or has this problem been solved? Any help is much appreciated – leaving for Egypt in 2 days.

  Yes- you need to update firmware for 16GB cards.

  thanks Noah – i actually managed to figure it out, thanks to the good folks at Abel Cine Tech in NYC. I will post a follow up with all the details of how to do the P2 Store firmware update via an Intel Mac. 😀

  Hi,

  me too are having the same problem can u pls tell me how did you resolve this issue…I am not able to mount panasonic p2 drive using P2 gear (panasonic AG-HPG10 (AG HPG10E)).
  Please help me….
