  Help Macbook wont mount P2 camera for Disc Utility with 1394 cable

  I am trying to make a Harddisk of my P2 cards on my Macbook Pro through the 1394 cable. I am using 16 gig cards and have the PC Mode set to 1394 Device and I have tried two different cables, and tried hooking up to my tower as well. No luck, No idea. Any help help would be greatfull.

  Did you install the P2 card driver? Can’t mount it without the driver.

  Thanks Shane.. Yes the driver was installed. I just forgot the little step of “Holding the button that switches the camera modes” in for a few seconds. Which then activates the 1394 device and mounts the drive. Thanks again for trying to help.
