    If you need more control you can duplicate your footage, apply the Channel > Invert effect to the top instance, set its opacity to 50% and offset its position.

    The above is basically the emboss effect, but would allow you to affect each layer independently for more interesting results. Try using curves on each layer or blurring the top layer some.

    They also added some texture to the image you linked to. Most likely with an image set to one of the Overlay blend modes. You could also do this with Fractal Noise on a layer.

    There’s also a little vignette but I assume you’re talking more about the color/emboss treatment 🙂
