Does anyone know of a PC based editing software that is comnpatible with the HVX-200 with the FS-100 drive?

I purchased Adobe Premiere Pro with the understanding (from it’s advertisements) that it could hand DVCPRO HD, but it has major problems on the PC end (this is according to Adobe’s support team which has stated that it works on the MAC side, but has trouble on the PC end). Even though Adobe knows of the trouble on the PC end, they claim there’s nothing they can do about it, currently.

I’m very desperate and have new PC equipment purchased with software. I’m hoping someone can give me a good solution to this miserable problem.

    Avid.

Avid fully supports and edits in the native MXF file format. No ‘import’ or conversion required. The software only version of Xpress Pro HD is all you need, but their’s a clear upgrade path if you want more.

Canopus is good too, or so I hear.

If you really want to use Premiere, look into Matrox.
