  P2 Viewer not playing back clips

  I’m trying to view my p2 cards through my HP Compaq NX9600 laptop which has a Pcmcia slot. The viewer will open up and I can see the clips in the bin but they won’t playback. Can someone help me with this? I’ve downloaded all the updates that I’m aware of and still no luck. Thanks, John
