  Text effects using Mr mercury Tool

  Hi all,
  I want to create a text effect in which a single blob of mercury creates the word “ILLUMINATI”.I have not been able to get the blob.I create a new text layer and added the cc Mr Mercury effects to it.None of the settings I tried resulted in the whole layer turning to a blob.Can someone help me ??

  try creating a new solid layer then going to effect> basic text
