P2 card download will not open
We shot using our HVX 200 at DVC Pro 50 NTSC 24P and cycled 3, 4 gig P2 cards downloading via a Mac G4 laptop to a 500 GIG LA Cie drive. All file except one series are fine . They open and look great. One of the series of file downloads will not open. It is 784 megs and has all of the necessary file in the contents folder. We have used final cut 5.04 and tried Panasonic’s P2 viewer on Mac and PC to no avail. The files are there but obviously missing something. Have we missed a simple step or does anyone know of someone who writes this MFX code? For Hire of course. It should be possible to repair the files if you know what is missing.Right? Please let me know if anyone has had this problem.

Highly highly recommend an update to FCP 5.1. which greatly improves P2 support. If you have 5.04 it’s like $99.
