In what format should I export a video made in After Effects (PC) with transparency for editing in Final Cut (Mac)?
I sent the material to the customer in QUICK TIME / uncompressed / RGB + ALPHA and he says it loses quality.

    Thank you!

PNG and Animation are both lossless video codecs that have alpha channels. I use PNG, since the file sizes are lower, but Animation has somewhat better performance; it’s a tradeoff.

PNG SEQUENCE you mean? Or QUICK TIME (PNG/ANIMATION) codec?
    Thank you!

Todd is referring to the QuickTime PNG Codec.
