I wanted to know how to make a stage like the one used in this video from 0:00 – 0:18. I have a green screen to key out the subject but i want to make the stage look real. Also Does anyone know what the light used in the background of this video are called?

first off, Thank your for you post Abraham,
I actually seen that and it gave me some ideas but in mot really going for the that 3d look i want something more real looking. I like the glossy looking,the reflections on the floor and how the light hits his face and the background lighting. Also the dark film Noir Style.

Rodney, here is a stage I built in AE that was inspired by one that Andrew Kramer did a tutorial on for his Optical Flares plugin.
Unfortunately the tutorial is a part of the product package. But well worth the investment.
