    There is a menu in the Character tab where you can choose “Fill over stroke” and your stroke won’t overlap your fill.

    You could also create a text without stroke, and add a Layer Style stroke instead. It gives a little bit different result.

    Weird. You have the stroke set to 100 px though.
    Anyways, do it this way then:
    Type the text with no stroke. Then add a stroke by right clicking on the text in the timeline – selecting layer styles – choosing Stroke.

    Viktor is absolutely right. Change the Stroke width from 100 px to say 2 px.
