  Dragging & dropping image into template drop zone – Motion 4

  Hi Folks!
  Hoping for some advice… An interesting (and frustrating) development is occurring when using Motion 4. Not sure why it’s happening – it didn’t before – but when I try to drag/drop a photo into a drop zone in the Tech Blue template now instead of dropping the image in the zone it adds the picture in a new group created at the top of the project window. I have ticked off and back on the “use drop zones” check box but I keep having this issue. Basically, I can’t overwrite an image (or using the template opened as new) drop a photo into a drop zone. As I say it drops it in a new group at the top of the stack.

  I have done this easily in the past to update the template but all of a sudden I’ve lost my ability to drop an image in the zone and keep the existing behaviors…

  I’m baffled as to what I might have done. Lil’ help!
