Canvas missing then crash!
D’oh I’ve been working in Motion for the last few days, and upon last launch (after a break) the canvas has gone, I can get access to a few menus but if I poke about too much Motion crashes, I’ve tried deleting the plist file from my library/prefs to reset user settings but no luck, also tried just using one display rather than my usual two to see if it would trick it to reset, I’m now at a lost other than a redownload.
I’ve attached the crash log if anyone can point me in a direction that would be amazing!

Ok solved it by deleting the contents of:
/Users/james/Library/Application Support/Motion/Layouts/
Warning this worked for me, I can’t give the advise that this will work for everyone.

While this solution works, I’ve found that I am repeatedly having to perform it running 5.05.

You Sir are spot on, I had forgotten that I had updated… Must be another little bug which has slipped through into the current version.
