motion 4 strobe effect versus final cut
hello, i was wondering if someone could me tell how motion 4 applies the strobe filter as compared to final cut 7. in final cut it’s pretty straight forward, the value entered is the amount of frames that sort of “freeze”, but it doesn’t seem to be the same in motion…any help is appreciated. thanks.
