  Trying to duplicate effect of CC vector blur

  Following the video copilot tutorial on \”soul removal\”, I have gotten a really nice energy flow effect. I am trying to duplicate the effect in Motion but can\’t figure out anything in Motion similar to the CC vector blur. Is there any way to achieve this in Motion?
