Salve a tutti. I have some problems with the optical flow, Premetto that I have done several tests and I noticed that the codec HDV is not the best codec to use the optical flow. I suspect that much depends also on the occasions, But I tried to return a different shutter speed of my Canon xh a1, But I have always the same problem, Ie in those parts fast, Where the image has a trail, I also change the background, While in the movements of objects that move slowly, The problem persists. I tried to set the field order is odd that even in, But the problem persists. More I tried to return that is interlaced into progressive, But the problem persists, Between objects and not just fast defiti, Wallpaper acknowledge some problems of morphing
You have any advice for me?

    Thanks for your attention

Most of us do not edit HDV, it is a long-GOP MPEG2. Convert your HDV to a frame dependent format such as ProRes before editing or trying to use optical flow.
