  Utilities window won’t open

  Firstly, Motion won’t open properly. When I launch it I get the little information window that pops up while the program launches but it never opens up. If I click on that little window the program appears, as if I had simply switched from one program to another.

  Wen it does open the utilities window won’t open. None of the command shortcuts work and when I go to the window menu and click on them they still won’t open.

  Any thoughts??

  Imac
  2.4 gig core 2 duo
  3 gigs ram

  Thanks for the quick response. The article was not available but I did figure out how to trash my prefs and did so, fixing my problem.
