  Drop down menu

  Hey,

  I’m using motion for a while now, and I’m entering a project where I need to import layered files from Photoshop. But when I drag my layered .psd into the canvas the drop down menu doesn’t show, so I’m not able to choose the option to import all layers.

  I searched many forums, and apparently nobody has this problem, it should work properly but one way or the other it doesn’t.

  Allright thanks,

  But I think I solved the problem a few minutes after I posted this.
  It turnes out that when I changed the color profile in photoshop from the standard sRGB IEC61966-2.1 to for example AppleRGB ,in the advanced options menu before opening a new project, the drop down menu in motion does show up, and I can choose to import all layers.

  So it seems that motion3 can’t see a layered .psd file when it’s made with that particular color profile…..odd enough.

  I have had that happen every once and a blue moon. I saved the psd as a different name and that seemed to do the trick. Hope this helps.
