  How 2 – fine tune out time for filter

  Hi all, seems like an easy question, but I haven’t turned up any answers on Goog, or searching the forums here.

  How do I enter the start / end times of a filter; I can drag it, but it seems to jump 7 or so frames every time. I’m desiring to have an effect terminate on a specific frame.

  select the filter and then hit I for the in and O for the out
