  Max resolution w/ 1900xt & 7300gt

  I have 1900xt & 7300gt installed in older mac pro.
  If I attach monitors to both adapters Motion reports 2364×2364 as max resolution.
  If I unplug monitors from 7300gt, I’ll get 4096×4096 for max rez.

  Any workarounds for not having to unplug monitors each time I want to use Motion?

  I think Motion takes in consideration the graphics card that is connected to the main display. The main display is the one where the menubar appears. You can set the main display via the System Preferences. Have you tried making sure that the main display is connected to the X1900?

  Conclusion: primary screen does affect maxRez, but not alone.
  You can’t use 7300gt at all, if you want to have 1900xt’s maxRez…
