  ERROR

  I have 3 clips on which I’m putting music as 2nd layer, I’m using the transition effect to change from one to the other..However when I want to render After effects SAys ERRROOORRRRR : “an unspecified AVI or DirectShow Occurred (1)
  (53::33)

  Can anyone Translate this Error? or tell me what to do?

  Are you using any special kind of codec?

  I usually see that error when I’m using or rendering to a video file or audio file AE doesn’t like. By that I mean it is using a codec that doesn;t work proprly with AE.

  Try rendering to a different format (or different compression codec) or try converting you source footage to something else.
