  Sending a chroma keyed clip to motion

  So I have a background video layer on V1 and a green screen footage that I already chroma keyed on V2 both in final cut pro. I want to edit my chroma key clip into motion with the V2 in background separately.

  When I try to send my clip into motion it just sends the original shot with the green screen still intact. I’m a little bit confused…

  I believe that’s not a filter that motion understands. Render out the key to the animation codec with an alpha first, then bring into Motion.
