  Reveal logo with city lights

  Hi evryone,

  I need some help with an effect and I guess it’s certainly the best place to ask !

  So I have a skyline shot of a city from the top of a building. It’s at sunset.
  I was asked to light particles everywhere, like street lights, so these lights all together are in the shape of the logo of the brand I’m working for. Of course, it needs to look realistic, as if the streets of the city are ine the shape of the logo (which they are clearly not, I can assure you :D)
  Several problems for me :
  1 – I simply don’t know how to do that 😛
  2 – I only have a few hours to do that

  So if somebody could help me with that, I would be glad.

  EDIT : Just so everybody know, I have Particular and Form for the particles.

  Is it a still image? Why not just selectively clone out lights for the logo in Photoshop and then build the “reveal” in after effects?
