masking problem with text modifier applied
I’m having a problem using text as a mask with text behaviors applied. I’m trying to mask a texture layer with a text layer that has a tracking behavior applied and for some reason the behavior doesn’t translate to the masked layer when the text layer is turned off. When the text layer is turned on the masked layer shows the tracking behavior. As soon as the text layer is turned off to reveal only the masked portion of the texture layer the tracking behavior disappears. Any explaination or work around would be much appreciated.
