  Online tutorials for any sort of spray or spurt effect?

  Hey there –

  Just curious if there is any sort of site out there for tutorials on particle effects in motion. I have a short (10 seconds) piece of animation with a doctor in an operating room, and a huge arterial spray of blood needs to shoot out at some point. The preset particle effects help me out a little, but the big problem is that I can’t figure out how to stop the emitter while keeping the existing particles onscreen.
