I have been working on this project and the voiceover had a horrible fan noise in the background.
It was recorded with a zoom H1 with a Lav mic in an industrial kitchen.
Anyways, here is the problem. The audio track was fixed in Audition and it sounds pretty good now, but it only works with headphones or out of speakers that were added to my computer. If you try listening to it with an iPhone or just the built in computer speaker it is barely audible and almost has a phaser sound to it.
I have tried exporting the file out with different bit rates, Hz and file formats and it is still the same problem. I also tried using the original file and it also has this problem. Any ideas?
Here is a link to the corrected or somewhat corrected file and a short file with music behind it.
