  Fixing shot clips BEFORE the edit

  I have some DVCPro HD footage and channel 2 of the 4 tracks is over driven. My desire is to run the QuickTime movie through something like Audition or Soundtrack – repair the one track with RX2 declipper and save a new version of the original digitized clip. Can’t seen to figure out a way to single out that one track to fix it.
  Any thoughts?
