  Adobe Audition 1.5 not lining up

  The multitrack has 3 separate audio cuts on it, each cut is starting before the indicator bar shows up to it making it difficult to tell where things start and end. using Adobe Audition 1.5 on Windows XP, I have another person using the exact same settings with no issues.

  Any thoughts on what is causing this?
