  • Exporting Audition Markers

I’m working on a music video project and have set cue markers in Audition for all 361 spots that will be good spots for a cut or transition. I have tried every trick I can think of to get some sort of reliable output including saving a mixdown of my edit with including all markers, but I get nothing when I import the file into Premiere.

Is there a way to extract the marker information in the audio file and convert the data to EDL format? If I fake video data (like having a still image the length of the audio track), and export that from Premiere to Audition, will I be able to substitute one audio track that doesn’t display markers for one that does and have Premiere note the markers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
