I need to trim off .001 of time
Posted by Joshua Earles-bennett on June 12, 2006 at 1:55 pmI need to trim off .001 of time off a bunch of clips. Is there a way to trim in Edit View without using the select tool?
I’m trying to record a script that trims off that much time, but I used the select tool and it doesn’t seem to let me run the script in Batch Processing, if I use the select tool.

June 12, 2006 at 2:13 pmSimply grab the bottom right corner of the track and move it left .001 … If it isn’t enabled you will have to enable the time strech at the top of the page … This all done on the session side ………………. WILLIE

By session side do you mean the Multitrack view? I recorded this on the script and I’m still getting this error message “Can not find any valid scripts in this file” when I bring it up in Batch Processing.
Heres what I’m doing.
*In Edit View I open up a wav file
*Click Options>Scripts
*Name a New Script and click Record
*Jump over to Multitrack View and trim the wav file by .001 seconds
*Go back to Edit View, then Options>Scripts and stop the recording
*Then to Batch Processing and click the Run Script tab
*Select the .scp I saved the script on
*Get error messageI need it in script form because I have to do this to about 100 files.
