  Disable Auto Updates on Sapphire 6.14

  I Have Gen Arts Sapphire 6.14. Is there any way to disable any automatic updates that are automatically downloaded without me knowing about it?

  Whenever it updates, My Avid has a hard time opening and it sometimes crashes.

  Disabling the updates will help solve this problem. If I turn off my internet while working in Avid, will this solve the update problem?
