I’m considering buying the Sapphire plugins suite, but my work is spread out between the FCP timeline, After Effects CS3 and Motion 3. Do I get more cross platform compatibility with the After Effects compatible plugin, or do I lean on the FxPlug architecture for stability?

Any and all opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

BTW, I’m on a MacBook Pro, 2.4 Ghz Intel Core Duo w/4GB RAM, working in FCP 6, Motion 3 and AE CS3.

Hi Michael. I’d recommend using the FxPlug ones in FCP and Motion, and the AE ones in AE. Your Sapphire license will work with both software versions as long as they’re used on the same machine. Just download and install both of them, then install your serial number, and they’ll both work fine.
