  Can’t Access After Effects Manual Ofline

  Hi all,

  When I’m in after effects, I click on help, then after effects help. It brings adobe help manager up. I then downloaded all the manuals available. The last step is extracting the “large files”. It says please wait while these large files are extracted. How ever, it can’t get past this step. Eventually I must force close the program. I tried reinstalling, but that did not work. Any one know what the problem might be?
