  RAM Preview plays on 2s not 1s

  Can someone help?
  I appear to have altered the settings of my RAM preview to play on 2s and not 1s and I have not clue how to change this back.
  Im using CS5.5.

  I’m not sure what the 2s/1s mean, but Cntl+3 brings up the Preview window options, is that what you need?

  I know this thread is extremely dead but I wanted to provide an easy solution for those (like myself) who found this thread by googling the problem.

  Next to the frame rate in the Preview window, there is an dropdown menu for “Skip”. This is what limits the framerate; if you set it to 1, it’ll skip every other frame. Setting this to zero fixed my problem!
