  Encore CS6 adds lots of wavy lines to video

  I’m working on a vid and when I bring it into Encore from Premiere, the quality looks fine, but no matter what transcode settings I choose, when I play the finished DVD on a player or computer, lots of the lines in the images in the video are very wavy. How can I get rid of this? Thanks for any help.
