  Internal Software Error

  Hi All,

  Ok. Another issue:

  While I’m trying to build my DVD to an image file, I get the following error when it’s planning the audio:

  PGC "Rosetta-AudioVisual" has an error at 00;01;42;17. internal software error: %0, line Rosetta-AudioVisual - PGC Info: name = Rosetta-AudioVisual, ref = Bpgc, time = 00:01:42:17.

  I re-encoded all the media and created a new project but get the same result.

  I have four audio streams:
  1) Stereo Mix
  2) Surround Mix
  3) Filmmaker Commentary
  4) Band Commentary

  I encoded the audio using Apple Compressor as I’m not quite sure how to setup Surround sound properly in AME. Is it possible that it might fix it?

  I’ve done searches on this error in this forum and elsewhere and it seems to be an issue with the encoded media. Maybe. Who knows?

  Finally, I’m using Encore 6 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.

  I really don’t want to rebuild this disc in DVDSP.
